What countries do you deliver to?

We ship worldwide, except sanctioned countries.

How long does the delivery take, and what are the charges?

Free shipping is only offered within UAE and will be delivered within 2 business days. Shipping rates outside the UAE are mentioned upon check out depending on the charges pertaining to each country.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

For any changes or amendments to an order kindly email us at orders@carterandwhite.com and we will make sure to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

How do I know what size to choose?

Sizes for each of our collections, adult or junior, have their own size chart on our product page, giving you exact measurements.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. Cash on delivery is offered only within the UAE and KSA.

What is your return policy out of the UAE?

For any enquiries regarding exchanges kindly inform us at care@carterandwhite.com. We accept returns only after 5 working days from the day the product is received. the garments should be in untouched position all original tags and labels on them. We do not offer refunds, but store credit in the case the customer does not want to keep the garment. Shipping charges outside the UAE will be at the customers’ own cost.

Are the prices including or excluding VAT?

These prices are excluding VAT. As per UAE law, as of January 2018 all prices shall include VAT.

How many pieces come in one box?

Men’s box contains one undergarment and the junior box contains two undershirts.
